INcome tax preparation
This is primarily what we focus on. We have Tax Accountants and/or EA’s to assist in tax preparation of your personal or business tax returns. Our Tax Accountants will be able to assist with all tax preparation; however, if you want a little more in terms of tax strategies and tax planning, our EA’s can assist with your situation.
bookkeeping
We have an in-house bookkeeping team that can assist from a monthly to an annual basis. Our team uses in Quickbooks Online and Wave. Every business bookkeeping has different needs and requirements, please book an appointment below for a Bookkeeping Specialist to determine the best plan for your business.
tax planning
We do our tax planning sessions in the Fall to forecast your tax situation and to come up with strategies based off of what has happened thru the year. You’ll meet with an EA to go over your tax plan and determine what needs to be done before the end of the year to maximize your tax situation.
payroll
We assist with payroll set-up and services. A member of the bookkeeping team can help you get set-up and start paying your employees immediately.
business set-up
Deciding what type of business to start can be confusing and overwhelming. Meet with a Business Set-Up Specialist to determine which type of business entity will best fit your situation from a tax and business perspective.
Tax resolution/issues
If you have an IRS notice or need help getting your IRS debt negotiated (Offer In Compromise) an EA can assist in this area. Depending on the representation needed, we can assist in most situations. An EA will be able to determine your qualifications for an Offer In Compromise.
